1. Dynamic width adjustment technology is used in wave soldering of touch screen
support 50 to 300 mm range of real-time touch sliding adjustment, no shutdown can be adapted to different sizes of circuit board. Computer wave soldering needs to select the preset gear (100 mm/200 mm/300 mm) through the external computer, and the production must be suspended and the guide rail accessories must be replaced manually.
2. Control precision of lead-free process
The touch screen model is equipped with an intelligent temperature control module that automatically compensates for lead-free solder temperature fluctuations (± 1.5 °C) , and has a built-in lead-free alloy formula library such as SAC305/307. Computer-controlled models require manual input of temperature parameters with a temperature control deviation of ± 3 °C, requiring engineers to recalibrate the system when replacing lead-free solder.
3. Realization of double wave soldering function
The touchscreen version directly controls turbulence crests and smooth crests via an interface that separates them. Wave strength (0-10 levels) and thickness (0.5-3mm) can be adjusted with gestures. The computer control model needs to load the double peak parameter file in the software in advance. In the production process, the peak shape can not be modified in real time, and must be connected to the computer for debugging.
4. CE and RoHS authentication compatibility
