The main component
The machine is composed of six parts: pipeline transportation system, PCB board grasping system, PCB board working platform, CCD vision system, pneumatic system and operation control system.
1. An assembly line transportation system:
Composition: including transmission chain, gear and belt, step motor, roof device, etc. . Function: it can be directly connected with customer reflow soldering or connected to customer assembly line, through high-power stepper motor to speed up the assembly line more than 4 times of customer reflow soldering, in this way, the distance between PCB boards can be fully opened, and there is enough time to grab the material for the rear grab system. The front of the assembly line adopts belt drive to ensure that PCB board transfer is not easy to tilt. The back end is driven by rolling, so that the board can be lifted by the roof mechanism below conveniently, thus ensuring the universality of the grab board.
2.PCB board grab system Composition:
Moving Guide Rail, Gripper structure, stepping motor, synchronous belt, etc. . Function: the two grasping mechanisms are respectively distributed in front and back of the running track. Two grasping mechanism work independently, each grasping mechanism is equipped with two work platforms, each machine can put four kinds of PCB board.
3.PCB working platform
Consists of 4 working platforms, can store 4 varieties of circuit boards, each variety of circuit boards and can store 2 locations, a total of 8 locations can be stored. 4 platforms can be automatically up and down, until, each platform filled with circuit boards, can minimize the frequency of customers to take the board.
4.CCD vision system Composition:
high-resolution camera, Lens, light source, etc. . Function: the camera distinguishes PCB types by measuring the shape of the PCB, then calculates the position of the PCB in the assembly line and sends it to the PCB grab system.
5. Pneumatic system Composition:
air filter two-piece, cylinder, solenoid valve, etc. Function: control the roof lifting, grab material lifting.
6.Operation Control System
It is composed of industrial computer, PLC, driver, motor, counter, photoelectric sensor and signal monitoring system. The use of Windows 10 operating system intelligent advanced software control, greatly facilitate the use of users.
