Introduction of UV curing furnace product function
UV curing furnace, also known as UV curing furnace, is a use of ultraviolet (UV) curing equipment. Its core function is to make coatings, adhesives and other materials rapidly solidified by ultraviolet radiation, so as to obtain high-strength coating or adhesive layer. UV curing furnace usually consists of the following main components:
Feed zone: raw materials (such as substrates, coatings, inks, etc.) are fed into the feed zone through an automatic feed device to ensure a stable supply.
The levelling drying area: the hot air heater uses the hot air generated by the nozzle or fan to dry the coating or ink to realize the levelling effect.
Uv-cured area: equipped with an ultraviolet lamp, it produces high-energy ultraviolet light that irradiates onto the surface of a coating or ink, triggering a photochemical reaction that rapidly solidifies it.
Tunnel furnace: Burns a fuel to produce a high-temperature gas that further heats and solidifies a coating or ink. .
Discharge area: cured coating or ink products are removed from the discharge area, usually equipped with an automatic discharge device.
How It Works

Application Area
